Kestermoor Energy Services Oil and gas field services, from tender to hand-over
A site for a fictional oil and gas services contractor working across Africa: twelve services, a project record buyers can filter, live tenders, supplier registration and careers, all edited in one CMS.

Studio concept: a fictional brand we designed and built end to end to show how we work. Names, listings, clients and figures on the site are invented.

01 — Challenge
The challenge
Oilfield contractors are chosen by procurement teams, and those teams check before they call: the registrations, the quality certificate, the safety policies, the equipment and the work done before. Too many contractor websites answer with a brochure PDF and a contact form.
A contractor also buys and hires. Suppliers look for open tenders, engineers look for roles, and all of them end up sending emails that someone has to sort by hand. We set ourselves the brief of a fictional field services company, Kestermoor, working across West, Central and East Africa, whose website does that work instead.
02 — Solution
Our approach The solution
We gave Kestermoor an industrial identity: a K mark in signal red, navy and warm grey, condensed uppercase headings and full-bleed photography of the work. Then we built the site around what each visitor comes to do.
- Twelve services in four groups, each with its own page, the industries it serves and related projects
- A project record of nineteen jobs, filtered by service, sector, location and year, with full case studies for five of them
- A procurement portal: tenders with references, closing dates and status, documents to download, clarification questions online and supplier registration
- A fleet and equipment catalogue with vessel specifications, and charter and quote requests
- A leadership grid whose portraits open each biography in a dialog, careers with job listings and a talent pool, training courses, and QHSE policies as downloads
Every service, project, tender, job and document is edited in Payload CMS, and each of the ten forms has its own fields, checks and routing.

03 — Outcome
The outcome
Kestermoor shows how we build for industrial companies whose buyers are procurement teams: the facts and documents first, and the things buyers, suppliers and candidates need to do handled on the site rather than by email.
The company, its people, partners and projects are invented. The engineering is real, and the site is live for you to explore.
