01 — Challenge
The challenge
Hotels win guests on warmth and service, then too often ask them to work for a booking online: prices on request, photographs that undersell the rooms, a phone number where a calendar should be. Diplomat Enclave Suites, a working hotel in Abuja, deserved a website that felt like the stay.
We rebuilt the site as a presentation for the owners, to show what their website could be. The test we set was simple: a guest on a phone in Lagos or London should understand the hotel, choose a room and see the price of their stay in under a minute.
02 — Solution
Our approach The solution
We gave the hotel a brand to match its service: wine and gold, a serif with some ceremony, an intro that plays once, and photography given room to breathe. Then we made booking the easiest thing on the page.
- Rooms with honest prices per night, sizes and beds, and a gallery of fifty photographs
- A booking widget on every key page and a three-step reservation that totals nights, rooms and price as you choose
- WhatsApp, call and directions one tap away, because that is how most guests in Abuja reach a hotel
- An AI concierge that answers questions about rooms, dining and check-in, with a person a tap away
- Light and dark themes, smooth scrolling, and structured data for every room and offer
The hotel team can change rooms, rates, offers and pages themselves in Payload CMS, without calling a developer.

The outcome
The rebuild gives the owners something better than a proposal deck: their own hotel, working, on their own phone. It shows how we approach hospitality, where the brand has to feel like the stay and the booking has to be effortless.
This is a presentation build, not the hotel’s official website, and no bookings or payments are processed through it.
