Studio concept
Ironreach Industrial Logistics estates and data centres, for tenants and investors alike
A corporate site for a fictional listed group that owns logistics estates and data centres: a property search with a map, an investor centre with a working portal, and an assistant that answers from the CMS.

Studio concept: a fictional brand we designed and built end to end to show how we work. Names, listings, clients and figures on the site are invented.

01 — Challenge
The challenge
An industrial property group answers to three audiences at once. Tenants want space with the right clear height, power and move-in date. Investors want the result, the next date and their own holding. Talent wants to know what the work is. Most sites in the category give all three a thin brochure, a single listing and a PDF.
The business has also changed. Data centres now lead the work in progress, yet these websites still open with warehouses. We set ourselves the brief of a fictional listed group, Ironreach Industrial, with estates and campuses from Sydney to Toronto, and built the site its scale deserves.
02 — Solution
Our approach The solution
We gave Ironreach a calm, institutional identity: a stepped copper mark, light geometric headlines, numbers before adjectives, and aerial photography of the estates. The first screen tells both stories, logistics and data centres, side by side.
- A property directory filtered by region, city, type, size and availability, as a list or on a map, with a shortlist that sets up to three properties side by side
- A page for every estate and campus, with specifications, plans, availability and power, and a mega-menu that opens each section with a featured property or story
- An investor centre and a securityholder portal: sign in with a one-time code to see holdings, payments, the reinvestment plan, tax, AGM voting and statements
- Groundline, an assistant that searches properties and looks up facts from the CMS, answering with property cards
- Careers, a media centre, customer stories, sustainability reporting and a region switcher, all edited in one CMS
Every figure on the site comes from one fact sheet in Payload CMS, so a number changed once changes on every page that quotes it.

03 — Outcome
The outcome
Ironreach shows how we build for enterprise property groups: one product for tenants, investors and talent, with the depth each of them came for.
The company, its people, properties and figures are invented, and the portal holds demonstration accounts only. The engineering is real, and the site is live for you to explore.
