Studio concept
Halvenor Realty A property marketplace for ten countries
A complete real-estate platform for a fictional agency working across Europe and North America: search, map, compare and every fee shown up front.

Studio concept: a fictional brand we designed and built end to end to show how we work. Names, listings, clients and figures on the site are invented.

01 — Challenge
The challenge
Property sites tend to fail people at the moments that matter: a price shown in the wrong currency, a fee that appears on the third call, a map that forgets the search you just made. An agency working across borders multiplies every one of those problems.
We set ourselves the brief of an agency in ten countries that wants buyers, renters, investors and owners to trust it before they ever speak to an agent. That meant a catalogue big enough to stress the design, real legal pages for two continents, and search that behaves the same way in Brooklyn as it does in Le Marais.
02 — Solution
Our approach The solution
We designed Halvenor around one promise, every fee shown up front, and built the platform to keep it. Prices follow the visitor: one switch moves the whole site between five currencies and between square feet and square metres.
- Search by buy, rent, short-let, land or commercial, with a location typeahead that understands neighbourhoods
- A map search with price pins, search-as-you-move and draw-an-area, built on MapLibre GL
- Compare up to four homes side by side, and listing pages with galleries, floor plans, tours and every fee itemised
- Area guides, agents, agencies, developments, a mortgage calculator and an AI concierge that answers in the agency’s voice
- Fair-housing, accessibility, cookie and do-not-sell pages, structured data for every listing and agent, and seven sitemaps
Listings, agents, areas, guides and the legal pages are all edited in Payload CMS, and the site rebuilds the pages search engines need on its own.

03 — Outcome
The outcome
Halvenor is a working demonstration of how we build marketplaces: a deep catalogue, international by default, and honest about money. The same architecture fits any business that lists things people compare carefully, from property to vehicles to venues.
The brand, the listings and the people on it are invented. The engineering is not, and every part of it is live for you to try.
