Studio concept
Everdawn Living Twenty senior living communities, each with a site of its own
A site for a fictional group of twenty US senior living communities: a map finder, a sub-site for every community, a weekly events calendar, tour booking and an assistant that answers from the CMS.

Studio concept: a fictional brand we designed and built end to end to show how we work. Names, listings, clients and figures on the site are invented.

01 — Challenge
The challenge
Choosing senior living is usually a family decision made under time pressure, and the websites rarely help. A group with many communities tends to publish one brochure for all of them, so families have to call to learn what a single place is actually like: the care it offers, what it costs, who works there and what happens in a week.
We set ourselves the brief of a fictional group, Everdawn Living, with twenty small communities across the United States, and asked what its website would need to answer before anyone picked up the phone.
02 — Solution
Our approach The solution
We gave Everdawn a calm, editorial identity: deep green and warm cream, a serif headline with an italic turn, and full-bleed photography and film of daily life. Then we built the group site and the community sites as one system.
- A community finder: a map of all twenty with search by city, state or ZIP and filters by care level
- A sub-site for every community with its own monogram and navigation, and eleven pages from care and residences to the team, gallery, neighbourhood and visit
- An events calendar that shows the week day by day, can hide residents-only events, and gives every event its own page
- Tour booking and enquiry forms with validation, consent and rate limiting, plus a newsletter sign-up
- Ask Everdawn, an assistant on every page that answers questions from the content in the CMS
Every community, care level, team member, event, job and article is edited in Payload CMS, and consent-gated analytics, click-to-load maps and reduced-motion support are built in.

03 — Outcome
The outcome
Everdawn shows how we build for organisations with many locations: one brand and one CMS, and a page for every place that answers what a family needs to know.
The company, its communities, people and events are invented. The engineering is real, and the site is live for you to explore.
