Challenge
Greenhome's storefront and editorial content lived in two separate systems, so every product story meant a manual copy-paste between them. Launches slipped while the team reconciled the two.
Solution
We began with a short technical consulting engagement: an architecture review, a performance audit and a recommended target design, which the leadership team signed off on.
Outcome
Organic traffic doubled within six months of launch, with no drop in conversion rate.

The challenge
Greenhome's storefront and editorial content lived in two separate systems, so every product story meant a manual copy-paste between them. Launches slipped while the team reconciled the two.
Pages were heavy and slow, particularly on mobile, and search traffic had stalled despite strong content.
The company also wanted an independent view of its architecture before committing to a larger platform investment.
02 — Solution
Our approach The solution
We began with a short technical consulting engagement: an architecture review, a performance audit and a recommended target design, which the leadership team signed off on.
We then rebuilt the site as a headless storefront on Next.js with Payload CMS, so products, stories and landing pages are published from one place.
- One CMS for products, stories and landing pages
- Static generation with on-demand revalidation
- Structured data and metadata for search
- Image pipeline tuned for mobile
The migration ran in phases, redirecting old URLs carefully so existing rankings carried over.
Results
Organic traffic
Growth in organic sessions over six months
Page load
Median largest contentful paint
03 — Outcome
The outcome
Organic traffic doubled within six months of launch, with no drop in conversion rate.
Median largest contentful paint fell to 0.9 seconds, and product launches that took days now take an afternoon.
The marketing team publishes independently, and engineering time is spent on new features rather than content fixes.
We went from pasting content between systems to publishing in one place. Traffic doubled and our pages finally feel instant.
