That includes designing the team and site structure, configuring SharePoint document libraries and metadata, running mail and file migrations with links and history intact, and setting governance that stands up to audit: naming, ownership, guest access and lifecycle. We also train the people who will live in it.
Work is delivered in stages, so people see the change early, and we stay on afterwards for adoption questions. Your administrators keep full access and a written record of every decision we made.

We migrate in batches, run a pilot group first, and keep the old system read-only for a period you agree, so nothing disappears on day one.
